As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the management team and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and operations to achieve our business objectives. About the job

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets and potential clients to expand the reach and adoption of our product.

  • Product market fit validation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (healthcare providers, insurance companies etc.).
  • Develop and execute business development plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape and potential market gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, fairs or any other networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.

About you

  • A bachelor/ university degree in a relevant area such as business administration, marketing, entrepreneurship and/or commercial development. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a dynamic and fast changing SaaS business environment.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who has the ability to adapt quickly and is comfortable with change.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken. Other languages are a plus!
  • Independent and results driven, and do not stop at the first obstacle.
  • You have a curious and eager to learn mindset, and have strong and convincing presentation skills.
  • You are located in the Netherlands.
